  3. Faire un puit et rajouter le mélange lait/ levure puis verset l’huile d’olive.
  4. Mélanger le tout et rajouter 1 œuf et mélanger à nouveau.
  5. Rajouter 150ml d’eau jusqu’à obtention d’une belle pâte.
  6. Pétrir envrion 10 min.
  7. Puis laisser poser 1h/ 1h30.
  8. Ensuite former un boudin et couper des petit morceaux (10 envrion).
  9. Aplatir un peut et laisser poser 30 min.
  10. Ensuite dans de l’huile chaude faire frire les fricasser.
  11. Puis y rajouter la farce (tout mélanger ensemble).
