  4. Dans un saladier battre les oeufs en omelette, verser la crème fraîche, poivrer, mettre une pincée de sel et de piment d'Espelette.
  5. Couper la mozzarella en dés.
  6. Étaler la pâte dans un plat à tarte.
  7. Ajouté les dés de jambon les oignons et les dés de mozzarella sur le fond se la pâte.
  8. Verser la préparation oeuf crème fraîche sur la pâte.
  9. Recouvrir de gruyère râpé.
  10. Enfourner 40 minutes jusqu'à ce que le dessus soit doré.
